Sky Q Mini - Disney+ problem

I have a Disney+ subscription and sky Q with multi room

disney works fine on the main box

on the mini , the app opens , I can log in and I can see the shows etc . However when I open one to watch , the loading circle just spins and spins, eventually erroring 

I have checked online and followed all recommended actions (refreshing the apps , updating software ) - nothing works

the Q was only installed 2 wks ago so all hard and firm ware is upto date 

I friend of mine also has the indentical issue

please advise

Hi @KieranGray Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the asme with any Mini boxes?

I had exactly the same problem, when I checked the mini was on a really old software version, Q150.  I forced a manual software update which brought it up to Q220 which resolved the problem.
