Remote connection Sky Q Mini to TV HDMI

Hi I have a tv installed into a recessed wall space where there is no space for the Q Mini box. Is it possible to have a magic eye type connection between the HDMI on the Q Mini and the TV?

'magic eye' is the cabled infra-red remote control system for Sky+ signal redistributed by RF over coaxial cable: it's not appropriate for Sky Q in any way.

 

If you want a Q Mini away from its television then the solution is longer HDMI cable and the Bluetooth capability of the Q remote.
