I tried these steps exactly as you said .
Main box working perfectly
Mini box sadly not working- slightly different problem though .
the preview window on top corner is just all black - when I navigate to TV Guide : it says Waiting for TV schedule (I left this over night and still the same ) . Both connection to Sky Q Box and Network Connection have a tick next to them . I also reset and did same this morning but get the same behaviour
on the mini box I can watch Disney + and Netflix through the apps so know that there is an active internet connection

Certainly very strange.
If you tried the same with another mini then it's unlikely to be a mini fault on multiple minis.

Thats exactly what I thought as well.
Seems (for a layman atleast) to be pointing to an issue with the main box as this is the only constant.

Good morning
so I'm back again - we received 2 new mini boxes and totally unbelievably they work for live TV absolutely perfectly .
I sadly still have 2 problems - on the mini boxes when I try to record I get the message "This Programme cannot be recorded " i have tried maybe 25 channels and get the same meaaage .
On the main Sky box I also get the same message and when I try to watch a recorded program I get the message "This Programme is no longer available"
any suggestions on this ?

A new Sky Q Main box was delivered this morning and all working perfectly now

Everyday this week and last week I have had a re-input my internet password due to my SkyQ box looses the connection. It also looses the connection even when we're watching sky... Please help.
