Sky Q Mini Box

A simple question: how do I order and receive an additional Sky Q mini box? I see that it will cost £50 in set up. Having selected 1, I don't see any acknowledgement of an order and the Sky help messages don't give me any answers.

I have an identical issue. I've selected that I want a second mini box, but nothing happens. Surely it's not rocket science!

Well it turns out to be simple - but not obvious. After selecting the extra box you have to scroll down further, past all sorts of other cluttering offers, until you see your little green basket. There's no indication that there is anything IN the basket at this stage but if you click it and go to your basket you will see the extra box in there. You can then proceed and confirm the request. Poor site construction by SKY, basically.
