Sky Q Mini Box, technical fault
We have Sky q Multi room. One of the boxes is in an out building.
this is hardwired from main router in the house with a Tether booster. All was working fine u til we recently changed broadband provider to EE, and now I can't get the box in the outer building to work. Connects to Sky Q box in the house and everything fine (2 ticks) but states technical fault and doesn't display live tv.
I have completed a full factory reset on the mini, cleared previous settings.
Any suggestions please?

Hi @Ady7
Afraid that Q minis will not connect reliably by Ethernet to non Sky Q devices unless all Q boxes are connected by the same method to the same Network devices.
