No signal and planner has been wiped

My Sky keeps showing no signal, loses connection with the Sky remote and my Sky planner has also been wiped

Hi @Darren98761 

Assume you have Sky Q (there is no planner in Q and it's the TV Guide).

If you are getting a No Satellite signal

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
