Sky Q Mini Box stays in standby mode

My Sky mini box remains in red standby. I have tried all the various options on the Sky Community and other sites.   Pressing the standby button on the box does nothing.  Resetting via mains and pressing the reset button etc as described, also does nothing - the light remains red.

@Dhan69 have you tried unplugging the mini box for 20 to 30 minutes then plugging it back in
