Sky Q Mini Box not working (AGAIN!)

I have three mini boxes two are working fine the third is not, stuck on red light.

You can watch Sky content on two minis and the main box at the same time. You may be able to use a third mini box if the first one in use is being used for a streaming app ie: Disney+. That limit does not change if the main Sky Q box is not being viewed.

I've managed to get through to Sky and they are sending me a replacement box. Sky couldn't solve the issue either. (I'm fully aware you can only watch two of three boxes at the same time)  The problem was this particular box was not responding at all. Thanks for your reply anyway 👍
