Hi,
I have Sky Q with 3 mini boxes - I had new internet several months ago and have had no issues with my Sky Q systems previously.
In the last week, I noticed one of my mini boxes started to slow down in that apps took longer to load etc.
Yesterday, the mini box in question disconnected from the system but was particularly troublesome to reconnect.
Once I did get it reconnected, it now seems incredibly slow. When fast forwarding for example, I press play and it just continues as the delay is that significant! Channels seem to work then just disappear for a while and then return.
It is only that Mini box I am having trouble with and it's not ten furthest away box and there is booster between this box and the main box so signal shouldn't be, and prior to the last week, wasn't an issue.
Anyone experienced anything similar or got any ideas of fixes? I have tried the rebooting boxes, internet etc.

May be worth noting the Apps section of the Sky Q app also doesn't show any apps anymore!

Hi @johnhunter23 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
