Our Sky Q Mini Box has become impossible to watch over the last week, for no apparent reason as it has been working ok for several months. I wondered if anyone had any ideas on this?
I have of course done the usual switching all sky tv boxes and the router off then back on again to no avail. I have also tried Channel 44 instead of 36 which made no difference.
Nothing has changed in the house, and all hardware is still in the same location. I have also swapped the Mini Box with our other one to see if it was the mini-box, but that one does the same.
It's almost as though a black spot has suddenly appeared.
The Wifi signal has never been great in this room, but it has nonetheless still always worked ok.
