I subscribed to Sky Sports and Sky Signayure previously but recently I cancelled my Sky Sports subscription. Now Sky Signature is not available as well even though I am still paying for the subscription. When I tried to watch Sky Atlantic for example, it is asking me to insert a card

Maybe just coincidence - have you tried cleaning the contacts on the viewing card and reinserting it?
