@cuke I finally got mine working by plugging it in near to the Sky Q box and the Broadband Roater, I will have a look at my settings

Check also that all the boxes are on the same standby settings...

I found that by rebooting my WiFi router (Vodafone) then restarting my Sky Q box and then restarting my Sky Mini Box solved the problem.
