Demo stuck on tv screen
I have a demo stuck on my tv screen it says
intelligent scene controller demo and has Vieta moving around screen

That's a message being produced by your TV and not your Sky Q box so a few suggestions from Google:
Pressing the Timer/Clock or Clock button 3 to 5 times will turn off Demo mode
To deactivate demonstration mode on a Panasonic TV, access the Settings menu and navigate to the System or Setup section. Locate 'Demo Mode' or 'Shop Mode' and switch it off.
