My home Wifi was disconnecting periodically from any device connected to it. This could be multiple times an hour. This was fixed by changing the Sky Q Mesh Network settings from 80 MHz/ch 36 to 40 MHz/ch 44. Nothing else has been changed. My mine Sky Q box has ethernet connection. I've recently done this on a new replacement Sky Q box and vaguely remember doing it with the original. So I beleive the 5GHz/80MHz Sky Mesh network on channel 36 has in some way made life difficult for my 2.4GHz home Wifi network which is on Channels 6 and 11?! Just putting it up here for info.
