I am getting Licence Error 3304 on all Paramount+ content on Main Sky Q box. I can watch videos on the Mini boxes, and the progress of where I have watched to on the mini box is fed back to the main Sky Q. So far I have tried the following
- Full power off of Sky Q box for 60 minutes.
- Log out / in to Paramount Plus App.
- Refresh Apps from 001(Select) Settings >> Apps.
- Reinsert viewing card .
- Settings >> System Info >> Viewing Card >> Set Up >> Pair viewing card / trigger call back on Set Up . But I think the box remembers the viewing card fro before - so it might not necessarily be re-pairing.
- Check for Software Updates ( Most recent versions installed)
So far nothing has worked. Please advise on how to fix

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Also have got it working on the Minibox but not the MainBox!
