Sky Q Main Box Error 3304 on Paramount+

I am getting Licence Error 3304 on all Paramount+ content on Main Sky Q box. I can watch videos on the Mini boxes, and the progress of where I have watched to on the mini box is fed back to the main Sky Q.  So far I have tried the following 

  • Full power off of Sky Q box for 60 minutes.
  • Log out / in to Paramount Plus App.
  • Refresh  Apps from 001(Select) Settings >> Apps.
  • Reinsert viewing card .
  • Settings >> System Info >> Viewing  Card >> Set Up >> Pair viewing card / trigger call back on Set Up .  But I think the box remembers the viewing card fro before - so it might not necessarily be re-pairing. 
  • Check for Software Updates ( Most recent versions installed) 

So far nothing has worked. Please advise on how to fix

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
