My Sky Q HDMI connection is broken/faulty. I've tried other HDMI cables but they also fail - and checked the cables do work on another device. I've failed dismally to get help for this via Sky Help phone line (0333....) and the Virtual Assistant is as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Can anyone advise please ?

Hi @Anonymous Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.
Otherwise you will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor for a possible box swap?
