Sky Q/Fibrus Conflict
I'm using Sky Q with Fibrus broadband and an eero router. The Sky Q box continually loses its internet connection when streaming, although every other device on the eero Wi-Fi is completely stable. Fibrus have advised me to ask Sky to disable Eco mode and disable the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi on the Sky Q box so that it uses 5 GHz. Is this something I can do in Sky Q settings because trying to get support from Sky is a nightmare!

Hi @ADS5 Disabling the Eco is easy https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-the-standby-settings but I'm afraid that you cannot disable the 2.4 GHz band if you are connecting using WiFi . Sky Q only connects to 3rd party routers using the 2.4 GHz band, not the 5 GHz band. The best solution is Ethernet.
