Hi, having problems with my main Sky Q box this morning. When trying to Access recordings all I see is 'please wait'.
Also, when trying anything from teh home screen I see 'no programmes of this tyoe available'.
TV guide works fine but not all tiles are present on main screen
Have tried rebooting and software update but problems persist.
Any suggestions please?

UPDATE: new Sky Q box is arriving today as definitely a hardware fault. Does anyone know if I have to return the controller as well when teh box is collected?

Remember to keep your viewing card and double check it's the same power connector as your box you're swapping.

I had the same issue the other day and I could not access any of the Recording drop down menus. I managed to speak to a Sky engineer who advised this usually happens if the memory was full but I could not check. He then talked me through how to reset Recordings but this meant losing all my recordings (you can still see all your Purchased films, etc). I recorded a programme 2day as a test, however, was presented with a black screen and it took a few minutes to load (never had this issue before). Also, the picture stuttered and pixalated at the start, again never experiencef this before. As other Sky member have been experiencing the same issue the fault lies with Sky.
