Sky Q Do not connect to Vodaphone wifi

I recently join Vodaphone Broadband .

But Sky Q system do show the Vodaphone wifi on settings (first line) but when I key the password , do not connect or recognise it. 
So can't get wifi so far to wach Sky Q
