Sky q mini box check your subscription entitles you to watch this channel

Hello, I was wondering if someone could be of assistance to me please. I have only as of Friday last week had a new sky q box and sky q mini installed. 

It lasted until Saturday evening, and then started coming up with check your subscription entitles you to watch this channel. I have tried resetting the main box and the mini box to no avail.
