Sky Q - Broadband connetion issues

Was hoping for some help. Tried calling but spoke to people who just didn't understand what my issue is. 

 

I have my Broadband with Virgin media and since moving to them (from Sky) every 5 or 6 days my Sky Q loses it Connection to the WiFi and I need to reconnect. 

 

For the last 7-10 days my Sky Q box just won't find any WiFi options (when it would usually show mine and neighbours).

 

I have reboot my WiFi hub several times, I have reboot my Sky Q box. I have tried to manually enter the WiFi details and nothing will work. 

 

My actual TV is  smart tv, and it connects to the WiFi with no problem as does every other device in the house. 

 

Before I try and cancel my Sky account, anyone able to help?
