Was that a Sky 'engineer'?

Pixelation on live television is typically an issue with the satellite dish: if there are similar symptoms with on-demand content then it's usually a problem with the HDMI cable.

Hi @Angie105   Strange, I would have expected a Sky installer would have replaced the box while they were with you.

Re: Sky Q Box

It wasn't a Sky engineer he was here to do the tv it had a backlight problem. All fixed now. I mentioned the pixilation as we only use the tv as a monitor and he's been doing the job for over 20years. He explained it is the sky at fault

Hi @Angie105   In that case you need a Sky installer to check your dish alignment. Either way, box or dish you will have to contact Sky to book a visit.
