I have received a letter offering an upgrade to Sky Q TV box for no extra cost, how do I get the new box?

@Stressed1  This isn't a live chat to Sky, it's a customer helps customer forum, you need to call again and remain on the phone even if it redirects you to the forum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
