Hi sky I have 2 mini boxes for multi room but can only watch 1 at a time can this be fixed?

If you have the original (non-UHD) 1TB main Sky Q box then that's expected behavior.

 

You'd need to get this swapped for a current Q box: either a refurbished UHD 2TB or the current UHD 1TB.

 

Note that the v1 2TB can do UHD but not HDR.

hi @Laurzr81 

 

if you have one of the older 1TB non UHD main boxes then unfortunately it does only support one active minis - all others support a max of 2.

 

To check look in

Home - Settings - System Info - Hardware Version

If it is 32Cxxx then you have this older 1TB non-UHD Box

If you have one of these you can upgrade but SKY will probably charge an upgrade fee (they seem to charging £99 - even though in the past they have charged less for Self installs)
