Sky Q Box

Simple question to which the answer seems very elusive.

How much is a Sky Q box to buy?

OK.  So assume that my box has been damaged beyond repair,  will they just "lend" me a new one, or charge me for it and if so, how much?

hi @ComputerMan983

In this case there is likely to be a charge - I am not sure what this is, probably the same as a paying for a non-returned box which might be listed somewhere

EDIT : Please see this link - although I do not know if the prices listed are still current

Non-return charges

The charges might be more to cover admin & carriage charges

hi @ComputerMan983

You can't buy SKY Q boxes they are all just loaned & must be returned at the end of the contract (although we believe for  some of the very old boxes SKY may no longer request return)

If you are after a min box then there is a one off admin fee - I think this is around £50
