Sky Q Box won’t work

The Q on the Sky Q box is pulsing blue and the red light is on. Unplugging the box doesn't work. Pressing and holding the standby button doesn't work. Pressing and holding the reset button doesn't work. Unplugging the Internet and resetting doesn't work. 7&9 together on the remote doesn't work. [removed]
