Sky Q Box - reboot!!!

Every evening sometimes two or three times, our main Sky Q box just shuts down!
All I can do is unplug it from the back wait 30 seconds then reboot it again.

 

It happens when watching:
Recordings
Disney+
Prime
Netflixs

UHD
But not when watch standard TV channels.
I have tried everything....reseting it default settings, clearing the harddrive, going into the hidden menu and doing a facory reset, etc.......but the same things happen!! 

It also gets really hot too.

SKY PEOPLE please help, I need an engineer, what number do I call?
