Error message on demand download asking to upgrade to use servive
Our TV services were restricted and have been restored but when we try download anything on demand it is asking us to upgrade. I have checked online account and all services are reinstated. I have tried changing from HD to SD and still won't work.

An invite was sent but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.
