Hi, my Sky Q Box keeps losing connection with my non-Sky broadband.
This has only happened since I tried to connect a mini box to the main Sky Q box yesterday.
I really don't want to use Ethernet cables as it would be difficult where the router is.
I've done the work obligatory switching off and on again but no luck. Just connects for a minute or so then drops out.
any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Hi @Lewis82
Try completely resetting the Q box Network.
First reset your broadband router.
On 3rd party broadband reboot it by disconnecting the power lead for 30 secs and then reconnecting.
Wait until the router is completely back and running and then try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to 3rd party router
As you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

Hi @weezel Have you carried out the steps advised by @oldfella ?
Or try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes

@weezel Try turning off "smart connect" on your BT hub?
