Sky Q Box and Mini Box both not working

I received a message from Sky on Saturday 17 May stating if I had had problems with my Sky Q Box, these are now fixed.

However, the problem is not fixed.  Sky Q box has no power and isnt connect, Mini Box comes on but doesnt connect to anything.

Tried everything it says to do online with no success.

Could you please send an engineer out ASAP.

We're other customers here - we cannot send engineers.

You need to call Sky...

i didnt realise, have to keep on talking to the Virtual Assistance, who is no help at all!!

How do i delete myself off here.
