Sky Q Box Keeps Needing a Reboot

My sky q box keeps needing to be rebooted to work. It's working fine, then it will either lose connection to my TV for some reason, or will just look like it's recording with the red.light and will not do anything and lose connection. I thought it was a faulty box, so had it replaced and that did the same thing. Got another new one two days ago and this still needs the power turning off and on again to kick the unit back up and running. Any suggestions? It's not the remote as this is working fine.

Re: Sky Q Box Keeps Needing a Reboot

Did you get an awnsaw.

I got exactly the same issue (New box as well)!

Also, my box is taken off standby so its on all the time.

We turn the Tv on/off with its own remote leaving the sky Q on but after a gap of it being turned off we get the same 'No signal message' and have to reboot? @united2467

Re: Sky Q Box Keeps Needing a Reboot

I'm having that issue with my box on a Hisense to, have to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in until I get the blue screen to press home button, which takes several attempts to get to that screen
