As the title says, our main Q box keeps crashing, the fan spins up at full speed, we then get the blue screen of death and the box reboots.
It was doing this once or twice a week, then it started getting worse, now it does it 2 or 3 times a day.
This obviously messes up the recordings.
If it does this during the night, the Mini box in our bedroom loses it connection. This can need the main box to be power cycled.

Following on from my previous conversation with an expert my Q box is still failing.
These are reboots I caught, it also did it twice this morning.

If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
