I am now trying to get it working, but understand it needs to be registered again by Sky. How do I go about getting this conpleted?

They are loaned to you by Sky and must be returned at he cancellation of your Sky Q subscription in full or canclellation of Multiscreen. Do you still have a Multiscreen subscription?

You may need to call Sky and get clarification as it's not been used to 2 years, unless someone else has come across this before.
