I have a newl Sky Q Mini Box which I purchased from Sky about 2 year ago, but never connected.

I am now trying to get it working, but understand it needs to be registered again by Sky.  How do I go about getting this conpleted?

I haven't come across this scenario before but the first thing to point out is you didn't purchase the mini box. They are loaned to you by Sky and must be returned at he cancellation of your Sky Q subscription in full or canclellation of Multiscreen. Do you still have a Multiscreen subscription?

You may need to call Sky and get clarification as it's not been used to 2 years, unless someone else has come across this before.

Hi @Billy36   I would use this check to see if Sky matches its serial number. If it hasn't been connected for two years then the software will probably be too old to update.
