Sky Q Box - Internet Connectivity Issues

Hi,

 

I've recently changed Internet Service Providers from Sky to another provider.

 

All I've had is issues from the Sky Q box saying you aren't connected to the internet. I've currently using an Ethernet cable from the back of the router to the Sky Q Box so it shouldn't drop out at all. 

 

It is so frequent that it tells me that I'm not connecting to the internet it's getting really frustrating. 

 

Everyone else in the house has no issues with the Internet dropping out.

 

It's only since I've moved providers that I'm having issues with the Sky Q Box, seems very coincidental that it's playing up now

 

Any help appreciated.
