Sky Q Box Downloads and App Streaming not working / or taking too long.
I have a Sky Q 2UHD + Sky mini box and been having issues with downloading anything on the Sky Q box or stream using the paramount/Disne apps. The download seems to stay at 1% download forever (even after pausing/un-pausing the download queue). I have tried the hard disk reset from the settings menu but that has not fixed the issue.
The streaming also seems to have a lot of latency and poor stream quality/pixelated screen on the UHD TV (Sony). The Apps on the Sony TV (Netflix/Diney/Amazon Prime) are all working ok. Its just I am unable to stream anything on the Sky Q box. Also the menu after power down cycle takes a long time to load up.
I am on 1Gig Sky broadband and confident WiFi is not an issue (Netflix streaming on TV App shows 60Mbps download speed). It used to work ok when I was with Virgin Media but seems to be an issue since I moved to Sky a while ago.
I have gone through the steps on the troubleshooting site but its not made any difference. Please help.

A television set only getting 60Mbs WiFi from gigabit broadband is a fairly huge drop, and Q boxes typically have worse reception than the TV (being a small flat box with little room for a decent antenna array, and usually located lower down)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
