We have sky Q.
Use the apps a lot.
have TP link deco to extend wifi - through sky buffering is the worst on bbc iPlayer, Disney plus and Apple TV.
if we use the apps on the LG TV instead of sky it is seamless.
we have tested this for an extended period of time wirelessly and with Ethernet.
unacceptbale really - the sky box is probably circa 3-5 years old. Would changing it make a difference?
there is clearly no issue with the internet

Can't Sky share the information on here on how to fix the issue as it seems a lot of people have the same issue...Personally I think if you are not using Sky Broadband then that is the issue but I guess Sky will not admit to this

We have the same issue and we have sky broadband ultra fast plus 500mb
