Sky Q 2TB randomly powers off.
I have been having a problem for a little while now where my Sky Q box will randomly power off while watching TV. I generally only watch shows I have recorded so can't say for sure if it occurs all the time or only when watching a recorded show. It's also random, it might not happen for days/weeks but will then randomly happen multiple times in a row.
Initially, I thought it may have been a remote issue but even with the batteries removed the box would still power off. It's only the Sky Q box that powers off, my TV and soundbar both remain powered on.
Do I need to get an engineer out of can the box be replaced?
Additionally, I am out of contract so would it be worth me changing to Sky Stream instead?
