Sky Q 1TB

Sky Q 1TB box very warm and noisy. Box shuts down intermittently. Won't restart. Must be turned off at the mains before attempting to start again. 

Any similar experiences?

Hi @AA1311   Try the help pages https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-wont-turn-on. This should lead you to a replacement box necessary. If you do need a box swap (you will lose your recordings) remember to hold on to your viewing card.
