Sky News - no HD

So, why I am I no longer able to get Sky News in HD on channel 501? Have tried channel 881 but it says I need to upgrade, looked at other posts relating to this which say "answered" but no clear solution? Have tried the usual powering the box off and on and also a system reset, picture res is 2160p UHD, thanks in advance.

Yes, we do have a HD subscription and appear to have all other channels available in HD but not Sky News for some reason?
