Sky Multiscreened In A Pub

* Apologies admin,IF this is in the wrong part of the forum, but I wasn't to sure where to put it.

Its a question on behalf of my sister and her new husband, who are currently sunning it up on a hawaian honeymoon.

They're going to be opening their own brand new pub[free house]in Poole at the end of June, hopefully.

And are looking to install three or four big tv's around the pub, showing major sporting events to their customers, via Sky.

But last time I spoke to them they were unsure WHO to talk to at Sky,and any potential costings such a set up would incur, for a brand new business.

"Can anyone advise on either of the above, please?"

As indicated, that's the domain of Sky for Business: a domestic subscription absolutely must not be used in such circumstances, and Sky enthusiastically pursues prosecutions for premises identified as doing so (which then triggers loss of the publicans personal license)

Re: Sky Multiscreened In A Pub

Thanks for your help,guys.

It seems they've already bought five 65" panels,so will pass on the information provided above, when they get home.

Thanks again.

I'd suggest professional AV installation advice would be preferable: it's not a trivial task to have multiple screens hooked up to a single source.

Re: Sky Multiscreened In A Pub

@TimmyBGood Yep,thats the route that Kev will take.

Apparently ive learnt since my last post, that these panels already have a place to be hung.

Two are going in his manshed, which is hugely spacious.

And the other three are upgrades, which are replacent panels for their Air b&b business.

I dunno,how the othe half live,eh!
