I currently pay £80 for Q Ultimate, HD,  2nd box, and Sport - which is some £30 more than I should be paying

Roughly speaking that might be broken down as something like £30 + £10 + £15 + £25 which I'd suggest isn't entirely unreasonable.  Sky subscriptions have always added up to more than their headline pricing, which has proved to be an extremely successful business model.

Re: Sky Mix SD

So paying £9 for HD is acceptible is it ?

BUT the most important point in my rant is PRIORITY CUSTOMERS

Who are they and why do they think that they can run my account at whatever tariff they want with no say from myself - and NO reason given for their actions ......?

@Wibbly-Woo

The same as with the HD price, your issue with Priority Customers Team has already been mentioned in your previous thread so again there's no need to repeat it

Re: Sky Mix SD

Who should I complain to about this matter?

I understand that priority customers are a fairly high level team , but there must be a complaint procedure to cover them.

They can't be a 'law unto themselves''
