Sky Mini Boxes not responding after power cut

Had a power cut for half an hour ( and many previously) then afterwards the mini boxes do not respond. The internet is fine, main box is fine but no lights on either of two mini boxes ( there is a light inside so no power issues} I tried resetting all , the booster boxes are all flashing green but nothing on the mini boxes. If i press the reset on the back I get a solid red light but no response otherwise...any ideas?

Hi @fogisback 

Try a Network Reset on the minis. Start with the one nearest to the main Q box
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box or nearest Q device.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the nearest connected Q device (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).   If a connected Q booster is the nearest divide use that for WPS.

If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box or a booster then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box.  If you do this make sure you press the Sky router WPS button and not the router reset button. If you get the first mini connected then for other minis use WPS on the nearest Q device (main Q box, connected booster or Sky Router if on Sky Broadband or previously connected mini.

Thanks for reply but unfortunately doesn't work,

 

Settings  and Status on Qboxes show all is good ,all ticked good to go.

 

No reaction from Mini boxes, no response from Remotes.

 

No light showing on Miniboxes. 

When I switch power off and on again ,I get red flashing for a few seconds then nothing.

 

If i press reset on back of Mini boxes I get red light but no reaction from Remote .

 

I get no reaction from WPS, main Q box gives flashing amber but no response at Mini boxes

 

The adjacent boosters have all green lights . Power, Connected, Wi-fi all good.

 

Both boxes stopped working after a brief power outage
