Sky Mini Box replacement

My Sky Mini box has stopped connecting to the Sky Q box.  I have been throught the reset and other suggestions.   It has an amber light which suggests there is a fault with the box.  Sky can you send me a new one please.  Trying to do this on your website is impossible.  If i have missed spomething send me the link else please send a new mini box

Yup, you have to call.

Hi @IanFWDVIEW   Amber light means it is in Standby. Have you tried pressing the power button on the box itself (to rule out a problem with the remote)? Work your way through this Stuck in Standby and it should lead you to requesting a box swap.

How do you get sky to supply a new controller? A phone number would be quicker???
