Sky Essentials on Q

I have downgraded to Sky Essentials on Q can anyone give me an idea which channels I should have as I don't seem to have very many at all?

It's important to note that 'Television Essentials' on Q is absolutely not the same as 'Essential TV' on Glass/Stream.

 

Television Essentials should give the same channel listing as Freesat.

Essential TV has Sky Atlantic, Discovery+ Basic and Netflix Standard with Adverts, plus the EPG channels listed here in the appropriate section:
