Have activated Disney + which is part of current package but cannot manage ti access the choice of programmes within this channel.  It keeps wanting me to manage or upgrade to a monthly deal, which I do not want to do..  How can I access the programmes?

Hi @rcos47   Disney+ is an App, not a channel.

Are you wanting to watch the Disney+ Cinema channel on your Sky Q at channel 305.

That channel is only available to Sky Cinema pack subscribed customers.
It is not made available to those that activated the free standard with ads tier of Disney + app, that Sky offers.

You can still watch the Disney movies that broadcast on that 305 channel on the Disney+ app.
