How do I purchase a new sky box or sky Q box please

Sky Q equipment is loaned to customers. You can't buy them.

You'll have to call Sky to arrange either an engineer or a doorstep box swap. If it's a box swap don't forget to keep the viewing card from the faulty box. 

Having said that, how is it faulty?
