Sky Box Issues
My sky box keeps switching off and I need to reconnect it from the box and I also loose all my app connections at the same time. I am bedbound and in a care home so this is extremely frustrating as I have to wait for staff to be available to help me and it also then takes me several minutes to re-install the additional apps due to my mobility issues. I tried emailing the accessibility team but this is the only option they offered me, please help.

What box is it that this keeps happening to, is it a Sky Broadband router or perhaps a Sky Q or Sky+!box ?
