Cannot access sky Atlantic SD. Do not have HD ad on - dropped it to save money. SD should be available on channel 808 but shows as HD. Have set download default to sd

If you do not have the HD add on then all the SD channels will take preference in the guide listings.
Free to air HD will also take preference.

~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

I tried a reboot s suggested but it has not resolved the issue. Sky Atlantic HD is on channel 108. Sky Atlantic SD is supposed to be on 808 - but is listed as HD. Both give an upgrade message. I did drop my HD add on (cost saving) but am baffled as to why I cannot access the SD version. This also effects sky docs & sky arts. Any other ideas or is this a subscription issue rather than a technical glitch.

@BobDerbyshire You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
