Sky Account

HI,

 

I had a sky account and have been with sky for 10 years,  The cost just kept going up and up and now i have cancelled, I tried to speak to someone who couldnt get my price down without me taking further packages and switching internet etc.

 

I have been trying all morning to speak to someone to see what options we have as my wife and kids like sky but i cant pay the prices as the consently keep going up.

 

I cant seem to speak to anyone and wanted to see if there was a basic pacakge we could and keep the boxes rather then posting them back etc
