Skq was not installed as engineer had problem with communal dish and feedback

Sky communal ariel has block init and no one will help to remove said block i.e building factors so should i just go with sky stream instead

Sky wngineer was trying to install q box and he said the signal was blocked and he only recieved feedback leading him to believe there is some sort of block on the communal ariel i have no idea or getting anywhere with building factors to resolve the issue wich is frustrating

Assuming dish - do you mean it works with older Sky services but not Q?
